Lisbet Searle-White is Green Building Alliance’s Director of Outreach & Technical Assistance, based primarily in Meadville, Pa. In her role, she creates and maintains relationships with partners, funders, sponsors, and stakeholders in Meadville, identified as one of GBA’s Resilient Communities. Working across local government, commercial, educational, and nonprofit sectors, Lisbet’s expertise in energy efficiency, as well as her dedication to her community, positions her to excel as a liaison for GBA’s northwestern Pennsylvania service territories.

In her previous position as Quality Control Inspector for Pure Energy Coach, LLC, Lisbet ensured quality residential energy efficiency measures were installed throughout Southwestern PA to low-income residents served by the West Penn Power WARM Program. She founded Northwest Pennsylvania’s first home performance contracting company.

Lisbet is involved with the Meadville NAACP Chapter, Common Roots, and the Northwest PA Investment Cooperative, among other organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
