LEED v5 Breakfast Briefing 5 of 5: Pathway to Platinum

Achieving LEED Platinum certification will be different under LEED v5 compared to earlier versions. Join us for the in-person finale of the LEED v5 Briefing Series where we will dive into what it takes to achieve Platinum under the latest LEED v5 standards.

In this session, we will explore key strategies for maximizing points and how to align project goals with carbon, health, and environmental priorities. Whether you’re designing new construction or retrofitting existing buildings, this session will equip you with insights to reach the highest level of sustainable building performance.

Attendees will

– Gain insight into the latest evolution of the LEED rating system and the U.S. Green Building Council’s approach to market transformation

– Better understand what LEED’s new prerequisites and credits might mean for project owners and project teams

– Analyze how the newest version of the rating system aligns with broader trends in the green building industry (globally and locally)

– Learn about the three main priorities of LEED v5 and how they show up in credits: Decarbonization, Quality of Life, and Ecological Conservation & Restoration

This session is eligible for 1.5 AIA or self-reported GBCI credits
