The Bakery Square redevelopment of the historic Nabisco plant was among the largest building retrofits to attain LEED Platinum certification and hlped spur a revival in East Liberty.

Project Description

Once home to the 1900-era Nabisco Baking Factory that filled the air with delightful scents of cookies throughout the neighborhood, the site was transformed and has grown organically into a bustling office district and hub of innovation where employees generate world changing ideas, as well as a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Bakery Square at East Side underwent a $130 million redevelopment that earned a LEED platinum rating.
