Jenna Cramer is a nationally recognized leader in green building, sustainable development, and climate action. As Chief Executive Officer of the Green Building Alliance (GBA), she brings over 17 years of experience with the organization, driving bold initiatives that reimagine the built environment as a catalyst for a healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable world.

Jenna has presented on a range of sustainability topics, including on Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania’s transformation from industrial city to a leader in green buildings and sustainable design – regionally, nationally and internationally. These include United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Committees on Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Energy,  Urban Development, Housing, and Land Management; Sustainability in the Built Environment, Ireland, 2025; COP21, Glasgow, Scotland; Living Future Conference; Living Product Expo; Greenbuild; Global Clean Energy Action Forum/Clean Energy Ministerial; Green Schools Conference; NZEB Conference,  Ireland; and more.

Chris Cieslak brings experience, leadership, and knowledge gained from working with cross-sector stakeholders to integrate positive environmental, health, and economic outcomes in building projects of all types and scales, including professional sports venues for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Edmonton Oilers; educational institutions, including AW Beattie Career Center and Pittsburgh Public Schools; and cultural institutions such as the Carnegie Science Center and Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh/MuseumLab.

Chris has extensive experience presenting keynotes, panels, workshops, leadership development sessions, and guest lectures to a variety of audiences including government, civic, and non-profit leaders, design and construction professionals, academic and corporate audiences, sustainability and ESG professionals, military and defense communities.

Leslie Montgomery, VP Education & Communications

Leslie leads development of GBA’s education, workforce development, and training events, and guides content-related direction for the organization. She conceptualizes learning models, while tracking the most relevant innovations in sustainable buildings, and contributes to GBA’s Technical Assistance offerings. 

Leslie teaches GBA’s LEED Green Associate Exam Prep Course and GPRO Green Building Operations Course. She has been an instructor for the University of Pittsburgh Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and an adjunct faculty member in Robert Morris University’s school of engineering. 

In addition to leading both public and customized LEED and GPRO training and certification courses, Leslie presents on topics including trends in the green building industry; Western Pennsylvania’s sustainability journey; career pathways; in multiple industries; best practices in design and construction; and more.

Ashley DiGregorio oversees GBA’s Resilient Communities initiatives in Meadville and Reading, as well as 2030 Districts in Pittsburgh, Erie, and across the region, and convenes a wide network of Property Partners, District Affiliates, sponsors, funders, and stakeholders. 

By providing technical assistance and resources, Ashley works with building owners, facility managers, sustainability personnel, and developers across Western Pennsylvania to reduce their building’s carbon emissions, energy usage, water usage, and improve indoor air quality. 

In her previous role as an Associate Zero Waste Consultant at Nothing Left to Waste, Ashley collaborated with local government and institutional partners to achieve sustainability goals through various zero waste projects.
