Ecodistricts Collaborative

An EcoDistrict is a community that has embedded holistic sustainable planning at its core, with a focus on resilience and climate protection. 

There are several EcoDistricts in our region including Millvale, Etna, and Sharpsburg.

GBA partners with organizations and municipalities locally to assist with EcoDistrict planning. In 2019, GBA assisted with the hosting of the national EcoDistricts Summit in Pittsburgh.
